Coffee is definitely needed this morning! It was another late one, and hoping I manage to get finished atleast all the tray bakes tonight before I move on to cake orders. 😅🤣

Another 450 traybakes being made this week 😵‍💫 last week I was a lot more organised as I’d a hell of a lot more plus custom orders 🫣 I thought this week would be easier because my kids are sunning it up in Majorca, but I took the night off on Monday.. 🙄

Promised my delivery today for chocolate, prepped as much as I could without chocolate last night being told it would be today. I emailed this afternoon to make sure 🥲 nope no delivery - no delivery means no traybakes on time for this week. Mad dash to Aberdeen after begging them to let me pick it up today. 38kg of chocolate I’m having to order every other week (this used to last me 2-3 months) 🤣 but you absolutely legends are clearing me oot anoo!

Starbucks to help the drive, 2 hours added on to my day that I really couldn’t afford. Nightshift for me tonight 🥴
