Part-Time Bar Staff Wanted!

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as part-time bar staff.

Duties include:
- Serving drinks and providing excellent customer service.
- Taking payments and operating the till.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
- Restocking supplies and assisting with daily duties.

What we're looking for:
- A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Reliability and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential, as full training can be provided.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Social media skills would be a distinct advantage, with opportunities to help create content and promote the pub online.

Saturday 20 June saw CAMRA members from across Scotland gather at the Albert Tavern in Freuchie to celebrate as the pub officially received the Scottish Cider Pub of the Year 2026 award.

We're still buzzing after being presented with the Scottish Cider Pub of the Year 2026 award, and what a day it was! There was plenty of fun, a fantastic BBQ, great company, and it's safe to say a fair amount of cider was enjoyed along the way! 🍏😄

Speaking of cider... why not come down and try some for yourself? Whether you're a longtime cider lover or fancy trying something new, we've got plenty behind the bar waiting for you.

Our beer garden has recently had a refresh and it's looking better than ever. With the forecast looking beautiful for the rest of the week, it's the perfect excuse to get outside, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy a cold pint or cider with friends. ☀️🍺🍏

This afternoon we were presented with our Scottish Pub of the Year Cider Award by Kingdom of Fife Camra. We had people come from all over to celebrate with us, and what a fantastic day it was.

A huge thank you to Matthew Prowse for everything he has done to help us achieve this.

Big cheers to Peter Nizette for firing up the barbie and Samuel for keeping everyone well fed.🍖

Thank you to Nessie Brechin-Lewis for the potato salad and coleslaw, which went down an absolute treat with everyone.

Thanks to Miranda and Islay Manson for the help behind the busy bar.🍻

And a massive thank you to Lauren Bell for all her hard work behind the scenes in helping make the day what it was.
