While our doors are closed this week, our team are busy behind the scenes, crafting our Veganuary Supper Club coming to Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art’s rooftop on 30th January 🥬🥕

Expect a plant-led tasting journey that puts seasonal, local ingredients centre stage, from carrot kimchi croustade and wild mushroom tartlets to celeriac pannacotta, caramelised potato tarte tatin and apple & blackcurrant crumble, each course treated with SIX’s fine dining flair.
