Caraway’s famous Aloo Tikki Chaat. Golden, crispy potato patties (Aloo Tikki) paired with a hearty, spiced chickpea curry (Chole). Topped with generous swirls of creamy, sweetened yogurt, vibrant green mint-coriander chutney, and deep brown, tangy-sweet tamarind chutney. Garnished with layers of fresh coriander, julienned ginger, thin shreds of carrots, ruby-red pomegranate seeds, and a dusting of fine, crunchy sev (chickpea flour noodles).
