One Last Bollywood Box pop-up Before We Hit the Road! 🎉

We’re back this Friday - In store pop up 10th July

Just a little heads-up… this will be our last in-store pop-up for around 4 weeks while we’re out catering weddings, private events and festival season. It’s our busiest time of the year, so if you’ve been craving your favourite Bollywood Box, make sure you pop in and grab one before we disappear for a few weeks!

Two years ago, we had the pleasure of catering for Aashi’s Sweet 16, and this weekend we were incredibly honoured to be invited back to celebrate her 18th Birthday in Tonbridge📍🎈

Being asked to return for such an important milestone is the greatest compliment we could receive and reminds us that it’s more than just catering—it’s about building lasting relationships 🫶

For this special celebration, the family chose a fresh, summer-inspired self-service buffet, combining traditional Indian favourites with modern street food touches 👌

The menu featured a combination that proved to be a huge hit with guests of all ages 🙌🏾🎈

The response was absolutely incredible, and hearing so many wonderful compliments about the food made the evening even more special.

🎈Birthday Catering for young Violet! 🎉❤️

When Chris and Sarah asked their daughter Violet what she wanted for her 6th birthday, her answer was simple…

“I want Bollywood!” ❤️

So that’s exactly what they gave her! 🎉

It was an absolute pleasure bringing Bollywood Box Catering along to help celebrate Violet’s special day with all of her friends and family 🫶

With the sun shining, everyone enjoyed a lovely relaxed garden party, while we transformed the conservatory into a colourful Bollywood-inspired buffet station that really brought everything together ☀️

For the menu, we served;

✔️Pilau Rice
✔️Traditional Chicken Curry
✔️Sweet Butter Chicken
✔️Chickpea & Aloo Curry
✔️Chilli Mango Chicken Bites
✔️Meat Samosas
✔️Onion Bhajis
✔️Mini Spring Rolls

All served alongside our fresh Indian salad, poppadoms and chutneys 🙌🏾 We also added a fun little sweet selection to finish everything off 🍬

Everything was delivered and beautifully set up ready for 1pm, making it the perfect, Sunday lunchtime celebration. We provided all the eco-friendly bowls, wooden forks and napkins, so all the family had to do was enjoy the afternoon together. There was plenty of food to go around, and we loved creating a setup that matched Violet’s birthday theme 💖

A huge thank you to Chris and Sarah for asking us to be part of such a special family celebration. We hope Violet had the most amazing 6th birthday! 🎂💖

We’re Honoured to Be Part of Armed Forces Day at Chatham Historic Dockyard – This Saturday 27th June 🇬🇧

We are incredibly proud and honoured to have been selected as one of the traders at this year’s Armed Forces Day celebrations at Historic Dockyard Chatham 👏

The Dockyard holds a special place for us at Bollywood Box. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving at many fantastic festivals and events here, so it’s wonderful to be back at such an iconic venue for an occasion that means so much.

Armed Forces Day is a chance to recognise and thank the brave men and women who have served, and continue to serve, in our Armed Forces, along with their families and veterans. We are grateful to play a small part in helping bring the community together to celebrate and show our appreciation 🫶🤝

We’ll be serving up our freshly prepared Bollywood Boxes and all your favourite Indian street food throughout the day, so if you’re coming along, we’d love for you to stop by, say hello, and enjoy a bite to eat 🫶

This weekend we had the pleasure of helping celebrate Noah’s 18th Birthday with a fantastic gathering of family and friends at home in Sittingbourne 🎈

One thing we love about catering is proving that you don’t need a hired venue to create something special. For this event, we transformed the kitchen-diner area into a stylish party space, complete with décor, buffet styling, hot chafing dishes and a relaxed street-food inspired self-service setup that allowed guests to eat, mingle and celebrate at their own pace 👌 🎉

Our Pulled Tandoori Chicken Sliders were a huge hit and quickly became the centrepiece of the buffet, closely followed by our crowd-favourite Chilli Mango Chicken Bites, which disappeared almost as quickly as they arrived! 🙌🏾
