Simple pleasures are often the best.

The Mabrassa grill is at the heart of our kitchen.
The smell of charcoal, the char, the flavour.

We asked the team their fav’s from the grill this Summer:

- mortadella skewers
- bream, butterflied and barbecued, finished with datteri tomato sauce.
- Stobb’s Farm 500g pork chop “pork’s a really underrated meat.”

Our Summer Menu is shaped by decades of coastal holidays with my grandparents in Southern Italy . First as a child , then teenager and now Mother . Simple rituals that marked each day .The first swim of the morning , long lunches around my grandparents table , a paper cup of granita as a child , watermelon slices cooled in the sea at sundown. There is no food without emotion and memory . Every seasonal menu at Eusebi’s begins with these soulful memories . I hope it takes you out of the ordinary day and transports you to my best Italian Summer table 🇮🇹🌞

Meet our Head Chef, Kevin McCafferty.

We’re delighted to welcome Kevin to the Eusebi family after years spent in some of Glasgow’s most respected kitchens, including Gamba, Cail Bruich and Ox and Finch.
