We often get asked if we can inflate customer bought balloons and unfortunately this is something we don’t do and this is the reason. We also get asked for many character balloons that legitimate company’s do not make and again we see them advertised and sold online through Amazon etc. it’s frustrating but we have to keep ourselves right and think of all the kids playing with the balloons. Hope this helps to understand why, we are not just saying no because you’ve bought elsewhere.
