Turnip the Beet is your World Cuisine Deli & Coffee Shop on mile 8 of the West Highland Way, serving homecooked curries, fresh soups, stacked sandwiches, baking and brilliant coffee – perfect for walkers, cyclists and locals alike. Settle into our comfy indoor seating, grab a table outside with the dog, or pick up something to enjoy later on the trail.

We’re open 9–5 (Sunday 9–4), with vegetarian and vegan options, gifts from independent makers, and plenty of treats to keep you going all day.
