Last week I shared a little about my journey as a Chinese chef and how HOSPREP came to life.
This week I’d like to introduce you to the other half of HOSPREP – my wife Pamela.
Pamela runs her own personal training and online coaching business, Body Confident With Pam.
One of the things I admire most about her is that she doesn’t focus on quick fixes or extreme diets.
Instead, she helps people feel more confident in themselves.
Over the years she’s worked with many people who felt frustrated with food, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or simply stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping.
One thing she often says is:
“Healthy living should add to your life, not take away from it.”
That’s a philosophy we both share.
As a chef, I’ve always believed food should be enjoyed.
Pamela believes healthy habits should be sustainable.
When we created HOSPREP, we wanted to bring those two ideas together.
Great tasting food and realistic nutrition.
Not perfection.
Not restriction.
Just helping people enjoy the foods they love while making healthier choices a little easier.
