🍓 Three things we're absolutely loving right now — and you'll find them all at our market this Saturday.

First up, Scottish strawberries. There's nothing quite like them when they're in season — sweet, bright, and tasting exactly like summer should.

Next, we're thrilled to be stocking shiitake mushrooms from the Glasgow Mushroom Company. Grown right next door in Maryhill, these are meaty, flavourful, and a real reminder of what amazing produce is being locally.

And something a little different — a seaweed hot sauce from the Isle of Mull. Made on one of Scotland's most beautiful islands, it's got a depth of flavour that'll change how you think about hot sauce. Once you try it, you'll wonder how you ever cooked without it.

We love being able to bring you produce and products made by brilliant people across Scotland. Supporting local isn't just a nice idea — it's genuinely delicious. 🌿

We're delighted to welcome Glasgow Life's Family Finances Support team to our site every fortnight on a Wednesday (they are in tomorrow), offering free, confidential, one-to-one support to parents and kinship carers in Glasgow.

Their friendly Family Finances Key Workers are here to help you improve your financial wellbeing and work towards your goals whether that's finding work, accessing training, or simply getting on top of your finances.

They can support you with: 💼 Finding employment or getting a better paid job 📚 Accessing funded training and learning opportunities 💰 Benefits advice and financial guidance 🏠 Household budget planning 👶 Childcare options 📋 Building your employability skills.

The service is open to parents and kinship carers (whether you're currently in work or out of work ) and is completely free to access. You'll be paired with a dedicated key worker who will work with you at your own pace to help you achieve your goals.

📍 Drop in to see us at The Courtyard Pantry every fortnight on a Wednesday, no referral needed, just come along and have a chat with their team.

Our fruit & veg market has come a long way since our first pilot in September, and we're ready to grow. From now on, you'll find us twice a month — because fresh, affordable produce should be a regular part of community life.

More markets mean more opportunity for word to spread, more familiar faces, and more of what makes this project a potential game-changer.

But we need YOU to make it stick. Tell a neighbour. Bring a friend. Make it part of your routine.

We will be serving up delicious brunch inspiration like çılbır (Turkish eggs), made even better with ingredients from our trusted suppliers at Corrie Farm 🐤 Come down, do your shopping, enjoy a coffee or a slice of cake in our café, and pick up some treats for a relaxing weekend brunch in.

👀 We have also expanded our provisions section, including our smoky chili crisp which is perfect drizzled over eggs or to elevate your own brunch recipes at home.
