Glasgow’s turned on the charm, suns out, Argyle Street’s gleaming, and frankly, it’s far too beautiful outside for anything less than a proper cocktail

Whisky Sour
Woodford Reserve, fresh lemon, sugar syrup, foamer, and a gentle whisper of Angostura bitters. The kind of sharp, silky number that makes you forget every grey day.

French 1155
Botanist Distillery Strength Gin, cool cucumber gomme, fresh lemon, topped with the soft fizz of Crémant d’Alsace. Delicate, garden-fresh, and dangerously easy to love.

Bistro Eleven Fifty Five. Drinks at the bar, Sunshine optional, but highly recommended.

A little something special for English Wine Week!

To celebrate Gusbourne’s 20th harvest anniversary we’re pouring a selection of wines by the glass, including Blanc de Blanc 2015, English Rosé 2024 and Pinot Noir 2022, alongside our Brut Reserve Magnum 2019 and Rosé 2020.

Every glass ordered comes with entry into a prize draw to win a tour, tasting and three-course lunch for two at the estate.

Not a bad reason to order another glass.

Three months in, and honestly? The response has blown us away.

The menus keep evolving, the energy in the room is electric, and we’re loving every second of it.

From our blackboard specials flying out of the kitchen, to cracking open special bottles to pour by the glass, the bar team shaking up absolute belters — everyone is in their element right now.

Glasgow, there’s a massive summer ahead and we feel like we’re only just hitting our stride.
