Requirements:
* Consistency: Ensuring every dish meets Marston's quality and presentation guidelines, every time.
* Speed and Efficiency: Handling a high volume of orders during peak pub hours.
* Stock Management: Keeping track of ingredients, minimizing waste, and ordering supplies effectively.
* Teamwork: Working closely with other kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
* Health and Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to all food hygiene and safety regulations relevant to a pub kitchen.
* Basic Kitchen Maintenance: Keeping the kitchen clean and organized.
* Adaptability: Being able to handle different shifts, potentially including early mornings or late nights.
*Solid understanding in allergens!
