On the specials tomorrow: our melon, courgette, cucumber and whipped ricotta salad!

A celebration of the season’s best produce, featuring peak-season cantaloupe, Galia and honeydew melons, marinated courgette and cucumber, and whipped ricotta with chopped mint, lemon zest and fermented chilli. Finished with a vibrant melon and fermented chilli dressing, and garnished with nasturtium and ox-eye daisy petals from our herb garden.

Available in limited numbers tomorrow, so we recommend getting in early!

One member of our team ended up in hospital.
