HI AGAIN TO EVERYONE😊,
It's Julie, Sean's sister. I used to produce all social media until retiring in Nov last year. So, it's lovely to be messaging you again today, mainly to update you on Sean's progress, due to so many of Priory Fish Shop's customers, people in our Community and other businesses in Guisborough asking after him ❤️, but also to address an issue and end speculation.
SEAN'S PROGRESS🥰
After a year of recovering from a Stroke in Oct 2024, Sean took a well earned break for 3 months to stay in New Zealand with family also originally from Guisborough.
Shortly after his return home in March, while alone at home, he suffered a seizure and lay unconscious for some time leading to a brain injury💔.
During the last 5 months in hospital Sean has had to learn to eat, walk and talk again and a big motivation is to get back home, to Guisborough and to his Fish & Chip shop that he has poured his heart and soul into since buying in 2019❤️.
Sean would like to say a huge
❤️❤️❤️THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️to all his team, 😊past and present😊, for their loyalty and hard work in his absence - including his Manager Samie, who continues to run Sean's business and livelihood (with family oversight)with a team who are fiercely loyal to him due to (they say) "Sean being the kindest boss they've ever worked for and they'd do anything for him"🥹.
ENDING SPECULATION😌
It is regretful, that an allegation was recently made within the team that questioned the loyalty of an individual who has constantly supported Sean in so many ways over the last 7 years. Quite simply, evidence proves there has been no breach of trust or wrongdoing by this individual and therefore, that is an end to the matter.
I know that nobody in the close knit community of Guisborough would want this speculation to affect Sean's business in any way- 🥹particularly at this traumatic time. I'm sure our Sean would rather you be talking about and enjoying his delicious Fish & Chips 😊❤️.
THANK YOU TO CUSTOMER'S 😘
With that in mind, here is a HUGE ❤️felt message from Sean:-
"THANK YOU - TO EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU - for all your kind messages and continuing custom while I continue my recovery. It really does mean a lot to me and I hope to see you all again soon".
Sean😊
