The market is the perfect place to run a food business from. You've got access to a huge variety of high quality fresh ingredients sold by knowledgeable traders. We've barely scratched the surface..

Currently we trade 10-3 over 5 days
The market is open on 6 days so you can easily increase trade by opening on Monday
My hours are controlled by my travel options but if you can get here quicker I'd recommend extending opening /production hours. If you can increase the range of cakes you'll definitely be on to a winner 🎂

So I'd love to see Borough Kitchen continue in some form and hopefully help someone on their own journey to running a successful business. We really aren't asking for much for it at all..peanuts.
The business as a whole is available to buy until the end of April only.

Announcement!!!
This week is the final week of Borough Kitchen. We're relocating closer to home from the start of April. Still some ends to tie up but so I can have a handover before we formally take over then Saturday will be our final day's trading. It's exciting to start a new chapter but also bittersweet. We've been in the market for nearly 5 1/2 years and it's going will be really painful to say goodbye. I'm going to miss the place enormously and especially all those who have supported us over the year's. We owe all our customers, our suppliers and the market management a massive thank you ❤️
Our timing isn't great.. the last of the scaffolding will be down soon and the market will be revealed in all it's glory but the work that's been done is absolutely amazing. Genuinely believe there is a bright future ahead for the old place. It's just sad we won't be around to be part of it but it's time for us to move on.
We'll be taking some equipment with us but everything else will be put up for sale. I'll do a separate post on that. If anyone is thinking of starting their own journey to independence then the market is a brilliant way to get going. If it's something you are considering then I'm happy to share my experiences. Running your own business is wonderful.. I couldn't recommend it more. So thanks again to those who made that possible for us. We're going to miss you all Xx ❤️

Saturday 21st 10-4 (Last Christmas market)
Sunday 22nd Closed

Monday 23rd 10-3
Tuesday 24th Closed
Wednesday 25th Christmas day
Thursday 26th Boxing day
Friday 27th Closed
Saturday 28th 10-4
Sunday 29th Closed

Monday 30th Closed
Tuesday 31st Closed
Wednesday 1st New year's day
Thursday 2nd 10-3

The market is open this Sunday and though we won't be ourselves, in a change to our usual hours we will be open on the Monday.
We'll then be closed until the new year, except for Saturday 28th when we're open as usual.
Hope to see as many of you as possible before the big day, but to those we don't catch..
