Important Update About Our Deliveries ๐
Today, we've made the difficult decision to temporarily switch off our delivery platforms during busy periods.
The reason for this decision was an incident that happened today. We were extremely busy, and one delivery order was just about to be ready. We politely asked the driver to wait for around a minute, but they chose not to take the order. As a result, another driver had to be assigned, which caused a much longer delay before the food could be collected.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've experienced issues with deliveries. We've had several occasions where orders have been delayed because drivers were unavailable or unable to collect them on time.
Although these situations are outside of our control, we know that our customers judge the overall experience โ and rightly so. We never want anyone to receive food that isn't as fresh or hot as it should be.
For that reason, whenever we're very busy, we'll temporarily pause our delivery platforms. As soon as things settle down, they'll be switched back on as normal.
If you're able to visit us in person, we'd love to welcome you into the shop, where we can make sure your food is prepared fresh and served exactly as it should be.
