Kurze is a traditional dish from Dagestan. It is very similar to Russian pelmeni because both are made from thin dough filled with meat. However, kurze usually have a different shape, and contain more herbs and spices. Both dishes are boiled and served with sour cream, or sauces!

Try our loaded wrap. Choose chicken fillet or beef patty. We add marinated vegetables, cabbages, pickles, melted cheese, fried onions, and grilled aubergines. Then everything goes on the grill to toast it perfectly. Finished with cheese and garlic sauce.
