BBQ Meat Platters are Life.
My First attempt at a whole Meat Platter from scratch. It was a marathon, started sausages on Thursday 1pm and finished serving Saturday 3pm. Only 8 hours sleep in between.
(Logistics and a lost order lead to a tighter timescale)
All I can say is mad respect to guys like .bbq , , , , Jonny White].
You have all helped me along my journey thus far and every piece of advice has been greatly appreciated.
I enjoyed every minute of it. Hope this is the start of many more to come.
