π ABOUT OUR PARTNERS π
Β€ We are incredibly proud to brew with NEMI Teas. They are a brilliant social enterprise tackling the "catch-22" many refugees face upon arriving in the UK: needing UK work experience to get a job, but needing a job to get experience. NEMI hires refugees across their business - from packaging to events - providing them with living-wage employment, English language skills, and that all-important UK professional reference to jumpstart their careers.
Β€ The Refugee Buddy Project is a Hastings charity that connects local volunteers with people seeking refuge and asylum. They provide emotional support, advocacy, and practical mentoring to help newcomers settle into the community, while running cultural events and the Dove CafΓ© to build local friendships.
Come hungry, leave happy, and do some good today! π
