As Mayor of Elstree & Borehamwood, it was a pleasure to attend Borehamwood Bites Back, bringing another fantastic day of our Civic Festival to a close.

It was wonderful to see Meadow Park buzzing with people enjoying delicious food from around the world, browsing our local farmers’ and craft market, watching the circus and spending time together as a community.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, to all of our fantastic food vendors, stallholders, entertainers and performers, and to the Town Council staff and volunteers who worked so hard behind the scenes to make the event such a success.

This weekend has been a wonderful celebration of everything that makes Elstree & Borehamwood such a special place- a strong community, fantastic local businesses and people coming together to enjoy all our town has to offer.

Thank you to everyone who supported the Civic Festival. It has been a fantastic week, and I look forward to seeing you all again at future community events.
