I was so excited to create this special themed cake for my daughter’s friend Sophia to celebrate her 18th birthday and her amazing achievement of securing a football scholarship in America! 🎂⚽️

A special way to celebrate my birthday… 🎉🎶❤️

Spending the weekend at the Love Supreme Festival with some of my favourite people, listening to incredible live music and, most importantly, watching my dad perform made it one to remember💕🥁

kicking off the day with a celebratory prosecco with my bestie Danni “aka”Daniella Blechner along the journey as you do 😂
Once arrived we were treated to the amazing sounds of Jalen Ngonda, De La Soul, Loyle Carner and Gabriel to name just a few, every set was fantastic 🎶💃🏽
It was also lovely seeing Dad on stage with Light of the World who absolutely smashed it so proud of him & the band 👏🏾
it was definitely a weekend to remember ♥️♥️♥️

Filled with delicious red velvet sponge, covered in smooth pink buttercream, finished with a darker pink drip, and topped with west end theatre decorations and a sparkling disco ball for the perfect party vibe💃🎂

A vintage wedding cake with delicate piping, butterflies and florals, finished with a white chocolate and raspberry flavour. 🤍

The heat definitely tested my patience on this one, but after a few repairs it came together beautifully.

I made this beautiful pink cake with strawberries and flowers, and it wasn’t until afterwards that I learned the meaning behind it🕊️

The cake was created to honour a little girl’s birthday & 1st anniversary of her passing 💔
an occasion she would never get to celebrate herself

Since then, one thought has stayed with me: how do you cope with losing a child?

When her mum collected the cake, she was smiling and so grateful for the creation, but behind her eyes I could see a sadness that spoke volumes. I’ve never walked in her shoes, but having lost close family members, I understand how grief can change you

Life continues, but things never quite feel the same

Today, I’m reflecting on how precious life is and sending love to anyone navigating loss, grief, heartbreak, or simply a difficult season
Be gentle with yourself🙏🏾

Tomorrow is a brand new day, another opportunity for love, healing, hope, and happiness🤍🙏🏾

It’s been a busy weekend back in the kitchen! 🎂👩🏾‍🍳

As a huge Toy Story fan, I was so excited to create this personalised cake for a special 2nd birthday celebration 🩷🚀

This Victoria sponge cake was designed around the birthday girls favourite Toy Story characters, making it extra special. And with Toy Story 5 on the way, creating this one felt even more exciting! 🩷

MONACO PART 1 ✈️🇲🇨

I closed the doors of Bees Bakehouse for a few days to take part in an opportunity I couldn’t turn down

For those of you who don’t know, before baking became my full-time career, music was a huge part of my life. So when the chance came to perform in Monaco alongside my dad, I packed my bags and said YES👍🏾

From flights and boat transfers to yachts, rehearsals and Formula 1 fever, this was just the beginning of an unforgettable weekend!
