We are delighted to announce the opening of our brand-new, beautifully refurbished gastropub, The Hound & Heather, housed inside the Devil’s Punchbowl Hotel. Nestled on the very edge of The Surrey Hills, we provide the perfect venue for families, walkers, couples and groups to gather for Sunday roast, mid-week meals, lunch, light bites and bar snacks. A spectacular

character property built in the late 1800s, our stunning new interiors boast three fireplaces, two beautifully refurbished dining rooms, and a comfy snug and friendly bar area. Seasoned publicans, Sonia and Fiyaz Rehman are the family business behind this exciting new addition to Haslemere’s eating and drinking scene. Along with their friendly team, they look forward to welcoming you.

Every Sunday we do three roasts.

Beef. Chicken. Pork.

But if you've just walked the Punch Bowl in 28 degrees and the last thing you want is gravy — we get it. Fish and chips is also there. No judgement.

New summer starters are on. Smoked haddock scotch egg with truffle cream leeks. Crab and tomato bruschetta. Korean fried chicken with yuzu mayo. Blistered Padrón peppers with truffle honey.

Good after a walk. Good with a drink on the terrace. Good if you just can't decide what you want and want someone else to make the call for you. Order two, share them, sort it out.
