Say hello to Olly 👋

We’re really pleased to welcome Olly Varney to Hermitage Rd as the new Head Chef of our Coffee Shop.

Olly joins us with a wealth of experience and a passion for simple, seasonal food done properly. Over the coming months he’ll be putting his own stamp on the menu, bringing fresh ideas, new dishes and helping us continue to raise the bar on what we offer every day.

If you’ve visited recently, you may already have spotted some of his work making its way onto the menu, including this Heritage Tomato & Mozzarella Salad with homemade croutons and balsamic glaze.

We’re excited to have him on board and can’t wait to share more of what he’s been working on.

Be sure to say hello if you see him in the Coffee Shop.

Live jazz, mezze sharing boards and cocktails and this time we’re throwing the bifolds open and leaving our chairs and tables out front so you can soak up the sunshine while the music spills out onto the street 🌞

With on sax, Russell Williams on the keys and Les Cirkel on the drums, this evening will be the perfect way to kick start your bank holiday weekend!
