Remedy Tea Rooms Come over for a lovely English breakfast, eggs benedict or avocado crunch!! We have garden tables outside the tea room available throughout the year.

We also provide afternoon tea and lovely selection of cakes served with your choice of tea or coffee

It was an emotional weekend at Hockley… 😢

As our Remedy Tea Rooms has now closed its doors for the final time in Hockley, we wanted to take a moment to thank every single person who came to see us this weekend. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
The love, support and kind words we received were truly overwhelming. (And millions of hugs!!🤗 )

For many years, this tea room has been more than just a business—it has been a place filled with friendship, laughter, celebrations, and countless cups of tea shared with wonderful people. We feel incredibly privileged to have been part of so many of your lives.

Seeing so many familiar faces over the weekend and hearing your memories reminded us just how special this little tea room has been. While saying goodbye has been difficult, we leave with hearts full of gratitude and memories that we will cherish forever.

Thank you for supporting us, recommending us, bringing your friends and family, and allowing us to be part of your community. None of it would have been possible without you.

Ladies , gents , friends and family 🎉🎉🎉

Big announcement today 🎉🎉🎉🎉

We will be closing our doors as Remedy Tea Rooms in Hockley this Sunday 31/05/26 after 16:00.

It’s official we are relocating to a new place in Leigh on Sea. Our new address will be posted on social media as soon as this is signed off .

We are very sad that our adventure as part of the Hockley Market Garden centre came to an end 😞

It’s been wonderful to get to know you, spend time with you and surely to call you our friends after all those years together …
Our little team will miss you dearly but we will see each other again soon.

Please don’t forget about us and keep an eye out for any updates here on FB and our other pages and Instagram.
