I’m so excited to be making the chairman’s charity night at Brynford Golf Club for tomorrow night Saturday 18th July 2026.

We have broken down a £10 menu by giving them a 50% discount.

I adore doing charitable events and it’s not about profit. It’s about providing a beautiful bespoke menu at affordable prices for charity.

I am proud of this menu and can’t wait to provide everything beautifully presented and fresh on the night.

My beautiful nonprofit business is about offering the most beautiful food to the most wonderful charitable organisations at affordable prices.

We really look forward to providing the Chairman’s Charitable night at Brynford Golf Club with Beautiful food along with offering prizes for their event.

See you all tomorrow Saturday 18th July starting in the evening from 7pm. But not forgetting this is an all day event with Jackie offering gorgeous sausage sandwiches etc to tee off. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Busy bee boy was it hard to try and keep things from melting but we got there by placing in the blast chiller.

10 heart ❤️ shaped Victoria Sponges with freshly whipped cream, strawberries & strawberry jam

A Biscoff cheese cake but didn’t put the biscuits on but gave a packet of Biscoff creams to Annika to put on later as otherwise they would have gone soggy in the fridge.

I have never melted so much. Today’s events were making a few trays of assorted sandwiches, a Victoria Sponge Cake with fresh cream & strawberries slammed in the chiller. A Biscoff cake with buttercream which had to go into the freezer to prevent the butter cream melting.

We made homemade & baked sausage rolls, chicken breast balls and vintage style quiche using a Chuckling Cheddar cheese, chives and onions cooked in balsamic vinegar. And a gorgeous Ivy’s reserve vintage Somerset cheese with smoked bacon & maple syrup.

Every fan was on going full blast. I resulted to baking in my pinnie with just a pair of boxers and noooooo not a naked chef 🧑‍🍳 😂.

Back at it tomorrow for 25 baby boy cupcakes

Then on with 10 heart strawberry cakes & a biscoff cheese cake.

My electric bill will cost the most. However onwards and upwards we soldier on.

Credibility to everyone out there working in this heat that don’t have air conditioning I salute and take my hat off to you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Two beautiful birthday cakes completed today. A small Victoria sandwich with fresh home made jam, lovely fresh strawberries and double whipped cream.

Then we have a gorgeous Biscoff Cake with biscoff butter cream. With the heat being so intense we had to blast chill to keep them cold nearly frozen. And the biscoff biscuits were given separately to the customer to place on as presenting the cake rather than go soggy.

Hopefully Kerry can send us a final pick. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lots of beautiful scones made today for Friday Friends in Ysceifiog. A nice selection of fruit scones, plain scones and gluten free scones.

They were holding an afternoon tea party of scones, with jam, cream & strawberries. And some brought other delicious homemade cakes and more scones. ❤️

As you all know Margaret has stood down at the helm of the Ritz Cafe in Flint.

When we were young this was the in place to go she was absolutely brilliant.

It’s now been taken over by a lovely young couple who are doing everything they can to continue Margaret’s kitchen & menu with minimal change as they are fully aware everyone loved her food.

Here at Cegin Carand we would like to wish them all the best and that the continuation of beautiful food for all of us to enjoy flows freely.

All the best we will be down soon for a brekkie so looking forwards to it.

The beauty is like travelling back in time and staying in line with decor and tradition something that can never change at the Ritz.

Just a few lovely trays made today for Sal at Occupational Health for a colleague fair well and a few more for Karen. It was so lovely today being low key & knowing I could breathe.
