Thank you to every single customer who walked through our doors — for keeping us busy, for the conversations, and for the smiles. Thank you for choosing us as part of your routine, your pauses, and your celebrations. For every visit, every conversation, and every cup, we’re truly grateful.

As the year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to appreciate how far we’ve come and everyone who’s been part of the journey.

And to our team — thank you for your hard work, dedication, and care throughout the year. We appreciate every one of you.

Important Announcement!

We have been in business now over 10 years and have made so many connections during this period. From our suppliers and loyal staff through to our customers and surrounding businesses. After months of preparation and completion late last week, we feel it’s appropriate to let everyone know that we have sold Northern Tea House.

We have enjoyed great staff retention over those years and you can expect to see the same faces when you visit in future. In fact other than a small amount of tweaks the new owner may want to make, you can expect very little to change to the environment, service, menus or quality.

Myself and Emma would like to thank ALL our staff past and present for their support. Also every customer that has walked through our door, connected with us on social media, reviewed or recommended us. You are the people that have shaped us and kept our staff in work over those years. We truly appreciate all of your support and we hope you continue supporting Northern Tea House in the future.
We will be intermittently around this week as we continue with the handover process to the new owner. Beyond this we wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a prosperous 2026.
