A lovely review from customers and a busy Friday night!
Dear Team at the Old Ferry Boat,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of your staff for the excellent service this evening.
It was incredibly hot, extremely busy, and the pub was packed because of the lovely weather. Despite the pressure, your team worked tirelessly to keep everyone fed, served, and looked after. It couldn’t have been an easy job, and I really admired how hard everyone was working.
It was disappointing to hear a few people complaining about the service when it was so obvious that the staff were doing their absolute best under very challenging conditions. I think your team deserve recognition rather than criticism.
Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to everyone who was working tonight. They did a fantastic job, and it certainly didn’t go unnoticed.
