The secret to a frothy iced latte is getting the cold foam right. ☁️
Here’s how to make it at home:
Using a hand frother:
Add cold milk to a glass or jug and froth for around 20 to 30 seconds until light and creamy.
Using a cafetière:
Pour cold milk into the cafetière and pump the plunger up and down until the milk becomes thick and foamy.
