With every new month, we love creating fresh ideas for our Burger of the Month and Harvest Bowl, inspired by seasonal produce and the fantastic local vegetables available to us.
This month sees the return of a customer favourite: our Parsnip & Onion Bhaji Burger! Served in a ciabatta bun with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and our bell pepper hummus.
Our Harvest Bowl this month features a fresh tabbouleh made with cucumber, tomato, red onion, parsley, mint, and bulgur wheat. It’s served on a bed of mixed leaves with our bell pepper hummus and pickled red onions.
We’re also bringing back two sandwich fillings that our regulars have been asking for:
- Coronation Chickpea with lettuce and tomato
- Tofu Feta with lettuce, cucumber, and caramelised onion
As always, everything we serve is made fresh in-house. From our sauces, dressings, sandwich fillings, and soups to our burgers, hummus and pickles. It’s all prepared by us from scratch using whole ingredients, without any fake meat alternatives or unnecessary additives!
