This wonderful Men's Mental Help Support Group meet up at Freddie's for a coffee every Thursday at 10am, and always sit in the window seats.

Men, feel free to pop in and say hi and find out what they are about. It's good to chat. Thursday coffee is a social meet up, and new members are always welcome.
