📢 A Polite Reminder to Our Curry Night Guests 📢
Firstly, we'd like to thank everyone who joined us this evening and to our fantastic team who worked incredibly hard throughout a very busy service. We are extremely proud of them. ❤️
We would also like to kindly remind guests of a few things when attending our popular Curry Nights or buffet nights.
⏰ Please arrive at your booked time.
If your table is booked for 7:00pm, we ask that you arrive at 7:00pm. If you choose to arrive earlier, you may be asked to wait until your table is ready. We have beautiful views and beer gardens where you are more than welcome to relax and enjoy a drink while you wait.
Unfortunately, when several tables arrive an hour before their booking time expecting to be seated immediately, it can disrupt our table plan as it did tonight and affect other guests' experiences.
👥 Please book for the correct number of guests.
If you have booked for 3 guests, your table will be allocated for 3 guests. Requesting a larger table on arrival is often not possible, as we carefully plan seating to accommodate all of our guests throughout the evening. If you are adding an extra person this must be booked on before your arrival and not as you show up 🫣 we are not magic fairies who can create more tables and another building for space.

Our team works incredibly hard to ensure everyone has a great experience, especially on busy nights. We appreciate your understanding that we are looking after many tables, not just one, and we always do our very best to accommodate everyone.
Finally, whilst we welcome feedback, we will not tolerate abusive or aggressive behaviour towards our staff you will be asked to leave. No member of our team should ever be subjected to swearing or intimidation while simply doing their job.
