We’re now making our own sourdough pizza dough 🍕

For the past few weeks, we’ve been working behind the scenes to develop a dough recipe that’s completely our own.

We already make all the bread we serve at Otto, and after starting life as a micro-bakery, making our own pizza dough always felt like the natural next step.

We’ve been proud of the pizzas we’ve served over the past 18 months, but since upgrading our pizza oven, we knew we could create a dough better suited to the way we bake.

So, with a new dough mixer in place and plenty of testing behind us, our sourdough pizza dough is finally ready.

Made in-house, shaped by hand and stonebaked to order. We can’t wait for you to try it.

Our new Sundae Menu is here, bringing together all the classics: Banana Split, Knickerbocker Glory, Strawberry Sundae, Chocolate Brownie Sundae, and Biscoff Salted Caramel Sundae.

For launch week, you can enjoy 25% off all sundaes.

We’re now open all day from morning to evening, making it even easier to pop in for coffee, iced drinks, gelato milkshakes or something sweet.

And yes, Mondays and Tuesdays are coming back soon. We’ll confirm exactly when very soon.

Raspberries cooked down into a coolis to compress the cucumber.
Lemon peels soaked for hours before emulsifying the lemon dressing.
Beetroots juiced to pickle the quail eggs.

This take on the classic Niçoise salad is a perfect example of how here at Otto we go the extra mile to make sure our food is packed full of flavour.
