We are absolutely thrilled to announce the winners of our Annual Garden Competition!

Today, our fantastic South Lakes Housing team had the absolute pleasure of visiting the winning gardens to hand out some well-deserved prizes.

This year, we wanted to recognize the outstanding care, hard work, and passion poured into both private gardens and communal spaces.

Whether it’s a personal haven or a shared green space that brings neighbours together, your efforts are making our communities brighter, greener, and more beautiful places to live.

What a massive first year it has been! From a packed calendar of weekly activities to an absolute mountain of community spirit (and plenty of well-deserved laughter along the way), this tenant focused group has officially become the ultimate community anchor. ⚓️✨

💛🚁 Celebrating Rural Housing Week and supporting a lifesaving local charity 🚁💛

As we celebrate Rural Housing Week, we're proud to highlight the importance of strong, connected communities and the organisations that help keep them safe.

Recently, we were fortunate enough to spend an amazing morning at Barton Aerodrome in Manchester, presenting a cheque for £1,380 to our Charity of the Year, the North West Air Ambulance Charity.

It was a powerful reminder of the incredible work they do. While we were there, the helicopter was called out twice to attend real-life emergencies, showing just how vital this service is for rural and remote communities across the North West.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported our fundraising activities so far. Your generosity is helping the charity continue to provide lifesaving care when and where it's needed most.

Your support really does make a difference. 💛
