Just to let you know that Cafe Chad will not be open on Wednesday December 29th. We'll close after service on 22nd December and reopen in the New Year, on January 5th 2022.
Thank you so much for your support since we started up again following lockdown.

CAFE CHAD - RE-OPENING UPDATE
Once again we are contacting you about re-opening the Cafe after the temporary closure.
As you are aware, we were hoping that the hall building works would be completed by now, however we will not be able to re-open next Wednesday, as previously planned.
The delay in delivery of the new windows means that they will not be installed until Tuesday and Wednesday of this week.
We hope to re-open on Wednesday November 17th.
We will contact you if there is any change to this date.
Many apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused.

CAFE CHAD - TEMPORARY CLOSURE UPDATE
Although we were hoping that the hall building works would be completed by now, it is clear that we will not be able to re-open on Wednesday November 3rd. This is due to a delay in receiving the new windows which will hopefully be delivered and installed this week.
Therefore we hope to re-open on Wednesday November 10th.
We will contact you if there is any change to this date.

CAFE CHAD – OPEN AS NORMAL – AN UPDATE

We are pleased to let you know that we will be able to open the cafe for the next 3 weeks, as the hall building works will be external during that period.

We will be OPEN on the following Wednesdays:

September 29th

October 6th

October 13th

We will be CLOSED on the following Wednesdays, for building works and cleaning:

October 27th

Unfortunately, due to illness (NOT Covid!), Cafe Chad will have to close tomorrow 25th August. We are sorry for the short notice. Please also remember that, due to a shortage of volunteers we will be closed on 1st and 8th September.

CAFÉ CHAD - TEMPORARY CLOSURE

We are open on Wednesdays 18th and 25th August from 9:15am. However, please note that, because of a lack of available Day Managers, Café Chad will be closed on Wednesdays, 1st and 8th September.

It will reopen as normal from 15th September but, at some point, will close again for the work on the wall of the hall to be undertaken. We will let you know more details once the builders have confirmed a date.

CAFE CHAD IS REOPENING!
We’d love to see you on WEDNESDAY 30th JUNE, starting at 09.15.
We shall be opening on Wednesdays using the hall only, to begin with.
If possible use contactless card payments. Cash will be accepted.
While not seated in the cafe, we ask that masks and social distancing be observed. For the foreseeable future, “test and trace” will apply so you will need to either scan the code with your phone or give your details on entry.
Please bring children's toys etc with you, for use at your table.
Due to restrictions on numbers, it may be necessary for you to wait until we have a free table.
For the moment, we shall not be running art sessions.
