I recently ran a Scottish themed cooking class with Peace Lily Retreats, and it was really great fun. We all cooked a 3 course meal together and then the best part was we sat down and ate everything we made!

We are running another cooking class at the end of November. This time xmas themed. Details coming soon on that!

Happy Monday guys! So I'm still off this week to cuddle my doggo. He's a wee soul. He got surgery on both his ears so he's a bit sorry for himself. He's on the mend but it'll take a wee bit of time.

Meantime, I wanted to share the details of an upcoming event next month. I'm running a cooking class at the gorgeous Peace Lily Retreats on Saturday 27th July. We are going to cook (and eat) a plant based, scottish themed three course meal. We'll be using some amazing ingredients. We'll chat about the benefits of a plant diet... where you get your protein, fibre... how to balance a meal, plan for vegan or gluten free alternatives... and I'll do my best to answer any questions you may have.

This handsome devil is having surgery tomorrow, so I'm having a week or two off to help him recover as he will be a little poorly in the short term. Hopefully he'll bounce back better than ever though and meal deliveries will resume. I'll post as soon as I know what's what. Wish my boy Vanya luck!

Happy Tuesday everyone! So just a note to say I'm not cooking this week. I'm having a wee rest. I have super sore hands. Arthritis is no joke. But there will be a lovely new menu out next Monday for Thursday delivery
