Wild garlic, Jerusalem artichoke puree, 48 hour hung labneh which we then smoke over apple wood and season with Palestinian za'atar.

Topped with wild garlic oil, more za'atar, fried shallot and a red pepper, urfa and sumac infused red onion and finished with lemon zest.

Unbelievable scenes.

We are on until 9 and here all day tomorrow.

And what do the gang do as soon as the thunder clouds break?

It’s that one where the gang decide to have a barbecue, a sort of early summer prelude to all the fun barbecue, when it could still rain but the glass is always half full and it could never rain on us when we are this positive that it won’t rain.

WE ARE HIRING!

Hello good people of the meta verse, we are hiring for full time and part time event staff for all our street food kitchens, MorMor, Good Boy Burger & Salma.   Our summer season is fast approaching and we’re on the look out for hard working but fun souls to come and join our events team, trading across the summer at music festivals, street food events, beer festivals, weddings, pop ups and more!

Our base is in Leeds, so being based in Leeds would be ideal however not a nessecity as we have events across the North and festivals all over the UK.  Some kind of kitchen / service experience is ideal, but training is provided so it’s not essential. However a good work ethic is a must. It can be challenging physical work so it’s definitely not for the faint hearted.  For the right candidates who are interested, this role would lead to full time kitchen work in one of our permanent sites that are opening in Leeds over the summer and into the Autumn.

Pay is starts at £12ph.

Travel to festivals is paid for or provided so to are events out of Leeds.

So as the majority of Leeds knows already, we are taking over the kitchen at the newly opened in Meanwood.

Serving a delicious menu of brunch and other little bits from 10am until 3pm Wednesday to Sunday.

As anyone who ate brunch with us at KINO knows, we don’t mess about when it comes to the awkward period between breakfast and lunch.

We’ve kept the menu short, but perfectly formed as the kitchen is small but perfectly formed, featuring some of our classics alongside some future best sellers.

Meanwood, see you next Wednesday for brunch bonanza!

It’s a few weeks until we get nice and loose with our favourite neighbourhood orange wine gang gang.

Catch us in the kitchen-cum-deli shuckin’ Oysters, (strictly not bbq’ing meat) making tomatoes on bread taste more fantastic than you’ve ever known, doing weird stuff to prawns and grilling up some tasty lamb kebobs, using their tiny cute little necks. Oh and we gonna use air fryers for loads of stuff cos its 2024 and we’re getting with the programme so you should to.   It’s gonna be beautiful.

You’s have got less then 10 days to get fed by this horrible Scrooge ridden lot down at the Leeds Christmas Markets.

Zero good cheer, no dad jokes, no Christmas music and no Santa hats…. Atleast the food tastes alright (alright being the god damn understatement of the year).

We are open every day up until (and including) the 22nd for all your festive falafel fixes, located bang opposite Boar Lane and next to The Queens. Ye can’t miss us, unless you try.

Rumour has it if you ask nicely and tap your toes 3 times these guys start heckling you with Christmas carols and dashing halloumi bits at ye.

Someone remind the gang it’s the season of to be jolly, they won’t listen to us.
