🪩 26th - The Gbosa Bash - To commemorate their fourth year of running, Gbosa is going big and, therefore, so are Greens. Expect our pre-party to offer deals for Gbosa ticket-holders, space to warm up your moves and a coupla Gbosa residents blasting their tunes all the way till close

Chef Selection: Chalk Stream Trout 🐟 with roasted shiitake, pickled cucumber and kefir

More magic from Head Chef 🪄

How it’s done:
Firstly, we lightly cure the trout in a 50/50 salt and sugar mix, washed and then thinly sliced >>

Shiitakes get roasted before getting brushed in a sweet tare for extra umami >>

Pickled cucumber cut through the fattiness of the trout and kefir which we split with a herb oil used from our waste herb stems >>

Stack a bit of everything onto your fork for a mouthful of umami, creamy, and rich flavours having a right do 🎇

Chef Selection: Beef Tartare

Head chef showing us how it’s done ⚔️

Salt aged beef rump cap, torched & finely diced. Mixed with shallots, Spanish capers & fermented broccoli leaves. All dressed with a little mustard and soy sauce and topped with sardine emulsion, pickled magnolia petals & a few fresh herbs.

Seasonal Showcase Series #2. Salad Season!

We took a field trip to Meanwood Valley Farm and Denton Reserve to pick some organically grown local salad for our salads, salad shelves and salad boxes.

First up - A 1 acre Market Garden producing affordable chemical free veg for the local community through their community supported argricultural veg box shemes.

Every year over the spring and summer months we use Meanwood Valley Farm for some hyper local farm to table produce for the shop, cafe and down at

Join us for part 2 of the showcase as we head to Denton Reserves beautiful walled garden later this week.

Airplane Mode is back next week and we’ve added even more analogue fun to help you reduce your weekly screentime ✈️📵

This month, we’re teaming up with Take It Easy Lab to bring you a free guided photo walk around the local area. Hosted by Daniel Wheeler, Education & Community Manager at , and every attendee will receive a free roll of Kodak film to use on the night.

This is a free event, but spaces are limited, so you’ll need to book your spot via the link on the event page.
