Wine & Cheese Night – Friday 26th June | 6pm

Join us for an evening celebrating exceptional local produce as we pair beautiful wines from Pattingham Vineyard with carefully selected Sparkenhoe cheeses.

Nestled in the South Staffordshire countryside, Pattingham Vineyard was founded by Martin, Jane and Stevie Wilcocks after purchasing land near their home in 2016. Since launching the vineyard in 2018, they have been producing outstanding wines that perfectly complement the cheeses featured on the night.

Our cheese selection comes from Sparkenhoe Farm in Upton, Leicestershire, where Jo and David Clarke revived the original Great Red Leicester in 2005 and continue to produce traditional British cheeses using classic methods.

A rare opportunity to join our award-winning family-run restaurant.

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team, inspire those around them, and help deliver the exceptional service Fourwards has become known for.

What you’ll get:
• £30,000 OTE
• Minimum 37 hours per week
• 4-day working week
• Holiday pay included
• Supportive, close-knit team environment
• The chance to be part of an independent restaurant that genuinely cares about its people

If you’ve got at least two years of management experience, a passion for hospitality, and love creating memorable guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
