Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

About the Role:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy licensed restaurant in Lichfield. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcoming and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and drink orders accurately
• Serving food and beverages efficiently
• Ensuring tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented
• Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to provide smooth service
• Maintaining high standards of customer service at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Must have own transport
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
