Our shop is fully air conditioned at all times throughout the summer. When it’s as hot as this we leave our front door closed and let the cool air take over. ⁣

We love supporting British brands and makers and this brand is owned by a couple in Ireland who started small, focus on good quality ingredients and have a great ethos. ⁣

We now stock Yorkshire Chego made at the Ribblesdale Creamery. This is their fantastic sheep’s milk interpretation of a traditional Spanish Manchego. ⁣

It’s the ideal cheese to make Spanish style picky sticks. Add pickles, olives, chilli’s, whatever you enjoy most and enjoy in the sunshine with a cold glass of wine.
