Please give a huge welcome to our new Manager, Finlay! 🍻

We're thrilled to announce that Finlay has joined The Butcher & Beast as our new Manager, arriving as part of our latest double signing from The Bottle & Glass, Harby.

With over 4 years of hospitality experience, including 3 years in management, Finlay brings plenty of knowledge, passion and leadership to the team.

A local lad, Finlay grew up in Branston and attended Branston School. He's football mad, proudly supporting Leeds United and England, and when he's not at work you'll usually find him at festivals and live music events.

We're excited for what's ahead and know you'll all make him feel right at home.
