May I say a huge happy 83rd birthday to our dad.
The owner/ builder and founder of Damon’s UK. The first photo is of dad with the most wonderful Gene Simonetti, the man who started it all with his partner Irv Rossman many moons ago in USA
After meeting Gene and his beautiful wife Christina, mum and dad became friends, along came the franchise of Damon’s UK.
Today, 38 years ago, the opening of Damon’s was in Lincoln. We had some amazing staff and we still have amazing staff. Dad says if it wasn’t for his staff, working their arses off all of the time, he wouldn’t still be here.
Damon’s is a family run business and a few of the family still work there. I will be introducing all of our staff soon here so you can meet them all and see the background of what these amazing staff do on a day to day basis as they work.

The young lad on the left, Campbell, and the lad on the right in the white top, Will, are two of our most wonderful staff. Sadly they are leaving us. Campbell is training to be a plumber and Will is going off to the forces.
We wish you all the luck in the world with everything you do. These two honestly are fantastic and always worked hard and cared what they did and kept everywhere clean.
Campbell worked as a bar back and a busser and he never stopped. He always asked if you needed anything doing. Will worked in the kitchen under immense pressure and heat and always did his job to the best of his ability.
Anybody who has these lads will be blessed.
Thank you for everything you guys did, we will miss you loads.
