When it’s nearly time for dinner, I can’t decide if you want a bread van with whipped butter or a dish off the menu … Seared Scottish Lobster, Neuhaus and Piquillo Peppers, Lobster and Coconut Sauce - may be my choice

Beautiful! But - When the flowers come out, it means we are coming to the end of I’m going to miss the snack, bread and sauces. Too short of a season!
