What an unforgettable weekend in uphill Lincoln!

🕰️The city’s historic heart was transported back in time for Lincoln’s 1940s Weekend, with visitors enjoying a wonderful celebration that captured the true spirit and nostalgia of the era.

With plenty of outside space to soak up the sunshine here in the heart of Uphill Lincoln, including free entry to the grounds of Lincoln Castle, why not enjoy a traditional picnic which has been carefully curated by the team at the White Hart. Whether you’re having a romantic lunch or enjoying a family day, there’s something to tickle everyone’s taste buds.

Each picnic includes selection of savoury options from homemade sausage rolls, finger sandwiches and pork pies, as well as a selection of sweet treats made specially by our pastry chef including traditional scones with jam and cream.

From £19.95 per person, contact the team at reception to arrange your picnic hamper. Please note we will need 24 hours notice, hampers are only available for hotel residents and there will be a £20 deposit for the basket and crockery which will be returned once you’ve finished. Nathan is a Lincoln singer-songwriter and frontman known for his diverse projects, from indie pop with The Lounge Crusade to ska/reggae with The Activators. His songwriting also extends into electronic music, including collaborations with international artists. Energetic and versatile, he blends melodic hooks with rhythmic, cross-genre influences.
