The Uphill/Downhill is easily one of the most underrated cocktails on our menu.

Two layers. Two completely different flavour experiences. One incredible drink. With layers of rye whiskey, fino sherry and bitters over vodka, strawberry, lemon and a delicate absinthe rinse, it's complex, refreshing and unlike anything else on the menu.
