Its been a while since ive done any kind of update so here we go 😅

This weekend ill be trading where it all started, Portsmouth! I'll be setting up for Southsea Food Festival. So if any of my old customers fancy a bao then this will be your chance 😁

This is my Korean BBQ beef burger. Smashed patty, shredded brisket, korean bbq sauce, pink onion and garlic mayo all smashed between a pretzel roll. 🤤

Hi all,

No weekly "Where Am I?" post this week because I've decided to take a much-needed week off 😅

With the weather turning wet again, I'm going to take the chance to recharge before the summer season really gets underway.
