It’s Quesadilla time!

To our wonderful community,
We are writing to share news about some changes coming to our menu for the summer (again).
As many of you know, it is an incredibly challenging time for the hospitality industry right now. To address these challenges we are taking a fresh look at how we do things. In order to maintain the highest quality of ingredients to make our homemade food, we need to make our kitchen more efficient and sustainable, service faster and more viable for our brilliant hard working team.
To help us adapt we're streamlining. We're investing in a brand-new, high-speed accelerated oven. This clever bit of kit means we can speed up service and get your food out faster, but it also means we need to refine our options without compromising on quality.
What does this mean for your next visit?
The Return of the Full Breakfast (with a twist!): Yes, the full breakfast is officially making a comeback! To make it fast, fresh, and perfect for the new setup, we are serving it up wrapped in a toasted, melted quesadilla. Trust us, it’s a game-changer.
Refined Kitchen Menu: Aside from our breakfast quesadilla, we are reducing the overall number of hot dish choices made to order from the kitchen to keep things more efficient.
A Packed Counter: Don’t worry—our counter will still be absolutely bursting with your favourites! You can expect a full daily spread of homemade cakes, delicious savoury bakes, and fresh sandwiches.
Exciting New Drinks: We are massively expanding our drinks menu! Get ready for a whole new range of treats, including boba (bubble tea) and indulgent milkshakes, alongside our classic specialty coffee.
Change can be a bit bittersweet, but we are genuinely excited about this next chapter. These updates mean we can serve you faster, keep our independent business resilient, and introduce some incredibly fun new additions to the menu.

We’re fully supporting the campaign. Without a change to VAT for hospitality, there will be no hospitality left to save. Breakfast’s are back! but not as you know it…. We’ll be running a smaller street food style menu this weekend. Full breakfast quesadillas and a selection of more traditional style Mexican ones.
These along with bacon rolls, granolas, dhal and everything on our cake and savoury counter too. 😋 👍
