Looking for a weekend cook for Coxys Kitchen

About the Role:
• Responsible for preparing breakfasts for the hotel guests (excellent time keeping essential) we have built up a reputation for an excellent full english breakfast, this must not dip below par.
• Prepare the weekend meals to a high standard.
(Pub grub, burgers, waps etc)
• Oversee the Kitchen and ensure the seamless operation of the kitchen over the weekend.
• Maintain a sanitary and risk-free kitchen. (This is a must, a clean kitchen is a safe kitchen)
• All workplace rules and health and safety laws must be understood and followed.
• Full training provided with a good rate of pay.
