This is a chronicle of my journey updating and improving my foraging skills, including identification, preparation and recipes where possible. I'll try to cite references where possible, but if you choose to go foraging too, make sure you do your research, don't pick anything unless you're 100% sure what it is, and don't hold me responsible for any mistakes you make; This is not a guide, it's my thoughts and experiences.

This Friday in the Lake District, we're running something genuinely special — a full day of wild butchery, foraging and cooking at Graythwaite Adventure by Windermere.
You'll learn to butcher big game properly, head out to forage for wild ingredients to go alongside it, then cook and eat the whole lot together. Hands-on, outdoors, and genuinely unforgettable.
