SAY IT ISN’T SO 🥲

Like wild garlic, British asparagus and even our beloved chouxnut (sorry, if you hadn’t yet heard)…even the greatest things must come to an end, and so this weekend we bid Chef Millie adieu! 👋

Intelligent, articulate, warm & kind, Millie also came with her own revenue stream of immediate and extended family members who frequented the Chefs’ Table in order to see their cousin / daughter / niece in her element at the pass.

After 3 years, the Chef Millie shaped hole in the kitchen will take some getting used to but we wish her all the love and luck on her next adventure 💚💚💚

A delicate and refined sparkling wine with notes of ripe citrus and stone fruits layered with a hint of white flowers and toasted hazelnuts leading to a long, beautifully balanced finish.

This 2019 Blanc de Blancs is crafted from the finest Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected and harvested by hand.

Available by the glass or bottle at Apricity! ✨

What comes to mind when you hear accessibility?

In the first instance, it might be whether a restaurant and its bathrooms can be accessed by people who use wheelchairs, but accessibility goes far beyond this.

Following the publication of the Grosvenor Inclusive Spaces and Places report in 2024, work began with Sociability to improve pre-arrival accessibility information across Grosvenor’s major retail streets, including our home on Duke Street.

This important work means we’re now able to provide information about our restaurant space to people with physical and sensory conditions, enabling them to prepare for their arrival and overall experience, ensuring joyful dining is made available to all.

You can see the full Apricity accessibility report via the link in our bio and the FAQ section on our website.

Flourish Farm asparagus, smoked emulsion, watercress, sourdough 🌱

We adore this fleeting ingredient rooted in seasonality. As such, we ensure every last bit is used to add additional flavour to the dish.

Those woody ends, we ferment them to use as the final garnish. The peel from the ends, we juice for our ‘vertjus’ welcome sip.

Come and try it before the season moves on ☀️
